7 Steps to a Happier You

  1. Stop seeking the approval of others.  Be happy with yourself and your accomplishments no matter how small or big.
  2. Let go of jealousy, envy, self-judgment, and judgment of others.  When you judge others you judge yourself.  Remember that the universe is all one mind and spirit and we are all part of it.
  3. Heal release and let go of anger, resentment, and unforgiveness.
  4. Create a positive image of yourself, focusing on your gifts and talents.
  5. Turn fears into positive energy that motivates you to move forward with your dreams.  Remember fears are ego based.
  6. Let go of expectations and attachments of others.
  7. Build up your self-esteem and self-love.

Don’t look outside yourself for happiness.  Happiness and success is created from within.  When you are happy internally your outside experiences match that energy.
