Aromatherapy is an ancient modality that uses essential oils of plants to produce healing effects in your body, mind, and spirit. Essential oils restore your energy and balance and have deep subconscious effects that heal your emotions by elevating, soothing, and creating peace and homeostasis in all areas of your being.
Kristine uses therapeutic Grade A essential oils to help your body create a sense of well-being through physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual balance. An aromatherapy session may be done sitting up in a chair or lying down on a massage table, while she applies the relevant essential oils to certain parts of your body.
Here is a short list of my favorite essential oils.
The best way to use essential oils is to dilute it, if you are sensitive to it, and apply it to the bottoms of your feet, palms of your hands and or directly to the area affected.
I encourage you to research each oil in more detail. If you are going to apply it directly on your body, make sure to purchase therapeutic Grade A essential oils.
My recommendation is to use Young Living or doTerra. Please consult with your doctor before using any of these oils.
